EASE (Electric Access System Enhancement) is part of a Department of Energy Project called ENERGISE.

Customers who purchase or update solar and battery storage installations in 2020 will receive a cash incentive in addition to other existing federal and state incentives.

EASE provides incentives to residents and businesses that are currently serviced by the Camden substation ( Santa Ana within the area code of 92704 or 92707 ) of Southern California Edison's electric network.
